Physical Description:
Aaron Jones is a shorter, skinny male, standing around 5'5 and weighing roughly 130lbs. There is nothing significant about him, he has short brown hair with hazel eyes and keeps himself clean-shaven. He dresses simply, in a t-shirt and jeans with a pair of boots if he's not working and in his mechanic uniform if he is. His appearance is simple and forgettable.

Personality:
Quiet and smart, are two simple words to describe a simple man. He largely keeps to himself unless he feels up to conversation, he tries and keep friendly with most he meets, better to make friends than enemies.

Backstory:
Aaron Jones was born in New York City, New York to Chris and Amelia Jones on August 3rd, 1995. From a young age he was known as a smart and clever child, excelling in school, and as he grew up, he began pursuing a career as a welder though it changed to being a mechanic after a short time in auto-shop class.

However, shortly after his 20th birthday, his uncle had passed away. Inheriting his collection of books one of the few things his uncle had left. Aaron would discover something dangerous, the knowledge of the Occult. This also earned him the attention of the local Order of Hermes when Aaron visited an occult bookstore to ask about his newly inherited books. It wouldn’t take long for Aaron to be offered a spot in a “special book club” after showing interest in learning.

Eventually, Aaron went to work part-time as a mechanic for a car dealership, and the rest of his time studying with this book club. After a couple of months of being in the book club, Aaron was revealed to the true nature of his studies, a secret he proved he could keep. A few of his uncle's books turned out to contain limited knowledge of the arcane, and with Aaron being in the order of Hermes he began to learn about the Arcane.

This became Aaron’s life. From early 2016 to December 2023 Aaron worked part-time as a mechanic, and then also spent much time studying along with his new mentor, Franklin Meadows. This eventually became a full-time thing, with Aaron dropping his job and “attending college out of state” while studying the arcane. He proved to have a talent for Wards and Runes, a clever mind meant that uncovering patterns in runes and learning them came easy to Aaron. However, he also learned a little about the supernatural during this time and was studying the darker art of Hellfire.

Aaron after several years of study became increasingly better at wards, while learning Hellfire and also dueling with a sword to defend himself. By this point, he knew the dangers not only of the Arcane but also of the world he lived in, the things that go bump in the night in kids' stories were real. Though Aaron was growing tired of these studies and while he liked those in the Chantry he never was too fond of the traditionalism of the Order among its other flaws. So, he started branching out, going back into work as a mechanic and planning to leave the State.

During his planning, he learned of a place called Starke Flordia and the rumors surrounding it about a Council of Supernatural. Thus when he had saved enough money come December 2024 thats where he went. Leaving behind his old Chantry and family of mages and sorcerers in New York to forge a future for himself in Flordia. Though before leaving his mentor wished him well, promising to remain in contact with him, and giving him enough money to get Aaron on his feet. Aaron found himself a job working as a mechanic for a smaller shop in Jacksonville, securing himself a small house in Starke with a garage, as well as a car. Though he also scored a junkyard find, a good condition chassis of a 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback, it needs some work but is a hobby item for Aaron to restore.
