Felix is a middle-aged scarred brunette from Sweden, or some Scandinavian country, with a special interest and knowledge of the supernatural world. She is known for spouting her conspiracies and ideas to whoever will listen much to the annoyance of others. She is also very isolated from people by choice, choosing to lock herself in her office in Base Echo rather than speak with others leading to the reputation of being uneasy to talk to or with about important subjects.
