Special Maneuver
Wishbone: Grabbing a foe by an extremity or two, a werewolf can use her incredible strength to rip said enemy limb from limb. Even more effective when employed by a pack of wolves, this attack may be used for intimidation, torture, or grotesque theatricality. Each character involved in the wishbone attempt must successfully roll Dexterity + Brawl. The difficulty starts at 6, and drops by one for each Garou involved in the attack. Assuming success, the monsters can use their next action to give a nice hard yank. This damage is lethal if the werewolves are using brute strength, aggravated if they employ their teeth. Obviously, the Garou can choose not to pull; this tends to be a rather effective method of coercion. If the werewolves decide to make things last, they might pull slowly, inflicting bashing damage rather than lethal or aggravated injury. And if the werewolf’s not in the mood to play around, she might simply decide to tear things off. If any one Garou inflicts more than three health levels (after soaking) with this attack, the extremity in question is broken or… um, removed. Homid

He has dark brown hair, that he wears short and styled. He shaves, though he typically leaves enough for a short beard, typically a 5 0'Clock shadow as the default facial hair style to have. He has the color of blue eyes, though when he shifts, the color seems more like a sky blue color. He doesn't seem to have any scars on his body. He generally wears some form or fashion of suits. He dresses to impress, regardless of the situation. He has to hold his clothing and looks to his standard of what a penultimate Silver Fang is or exactly what his father is like in his eyes.


Glabro

He only gains a few more pounds and a couple of inches in height, but rather ultimately looks the same given that he has the Fair Glabro merit.

Crinos

It becomes even more apparent of his bloodline, as his shining and glistening silver fur with blue eyes that stand out further due to his fur. He grows an incredible amount and even when he is frightening in this form, there is a sense of majesty with every step he takes to slay his enemies.

Hispo

He becomes a rather large wolf, overgrown with the same silver fur and blue eyes. His teeth are shiny white.

Lupus

He is a silver wolf with blue eyes, almost always smiling and humor floating about in his eyes.

Personality

He comes off as a bit pretentious or arrogant at times, but he genuinely means for the best. He does his best to uphold his family's honor or to please his father. He does seek a pack who he can trust with his life. He holds his family in high-esteem. Though he is willing to sacrifice for the greater good if he thinks it is needed.

Backstory

From his birth, Ace was raised with love, though that love was tempered with expectations from his parents. From a young age, he was raised solely by his father, Eric Vander Adams. His mother had died shortly after his birth due to some sort of Wyrm sickness unbeknownst to Ace. His father in turn pushed him from a young age to excel in all matters, due to a paternal overprotective nature. He wanted to know that Ace would be fine without him looking over his shoulder. So as Ace went through school, he was sent to a specific school for kinfolk like him. It was used to try have them produce exemplary results while protecting them from potential threats. In addition to making sure that there was no risk of veil-breaking First Change. With this, he struggled and did his best to be the top of all of the extracurricular activities he participated in. From debate team, to football, and so on, so forth. He never felt truly satisfied as while success can feel satisfying, it never felt enough for him. He just wanted to spend more time with his father and shine in front of him. He always seemed busy with his job in service to the sept, though Ace didn't actually know what he did for his missions. His dad just told him that he would tell him when he was older, but just to keep being a good boy and focus on school. Of course, it was gratifying and frustrating simultaneously to be told that. It did worry him about his job when he would come home with some severe injuries, he always looked so happy though. Ace wished he could help somehow, but for now he listened to his father.

One of the important lessons that his father kept instilling into him and was taught, that it was one thing to be better than someone, but it was another to act like it. One's confidence must be tempered by wisdom and honor, lest it he be overwhelmed with arrogance. Pride can blind you to what is important and cause you to lose focus. You must treat others with respect to an extent, to earn some respect. He went into a private high school being what is the ideal student, straight A's and honor roll student. He never got into trouble as he felt a responsibility to uphold his reputation and honor his father's wishes. Though things have a way of changing for him, it actually happened right after graduation from high school. While he was called the perfect student, he didn't make friends with everyone, some seemed to hate him for the fact he had everything going for him, seemingly rainbow and sunshine for him. It was a group of three classmates that decided to jump him during a gala that was to celebrate their graduating class, it was in a nearby alleyway under the pretense of a discussion of summer plans.

Ace wasn't actually sure of what occurred that night, it was pain and coursing rage. He awoke unconscious in a bed that was not his own, someone was there, but as quickly as he noticed them, they were gone. Soon though, his father entered with a bigger smile than any he had seen him have before. With his proud and regal expression, he explained that a big change happened in his life. As he was about to explain what Ace went through, Ace asked about what happened to the guys in the alley. His father didn't miss a beat in telling him not to worry about them anymore, the issue had been taken care of. It seemed ominous to him, but Ace didn't really have time to worry about it as he flung headfirst into all of the things Silver Fang and Garou. He had much to learn regarding the various rites and matters of their lore. He learned that he was born under the half-moon, and was a Philodox. So he had his lessons regarding the Litany drilled into his head by his father whenever he came by to visit. He knew the basics before, but it was drilled further into him, in order to master it and be able to mediate within those rules as it was his duty to among other tasks.

Ace was glad to have been born a Garou, the smile his father always gave him, made him the happiest he's been. Though he trained to keep that smile, because now he had a definite goal. He would keep making him proud. His challenge was to keep two Silver Fang kinfolk families from coming to blow regarding the murder of one of the families' sons. After questioning the two families and investigating the scene, he was able to figure out that the son was not murdered, but in fact faked his death to try and elope with a normal human. He earned the deed-name “Advises-the-Foolhardy” as he stopped two families from coming to blow regarding the matter. He was soon suggested by his father to head over nearby to Starke as a learning experience to further instill the lesson he learned long ago about pride. He heads there now to make himself known at the septs and honor the territory held by the other tribes. He knew his father expected him to grow from this lesson. Everyone had heard the rumors about Starke, about the other supernaturals. It would likely challenge everything he held true. He had also gotten a job there as the Assistant District Attorney due to his pedigree and sparkling academic record.

His challenge was to keep two Silver Fang kinfolk families from coming to blow regarding the murder of one of the families' sons. After questioning the two families and investigating the scene, he was able to figure out that the son was not murdered, but in fact faked his death to try and elope with a normal human. He earned the deed-name “Advises-the-Foolhardy” as he stopped two families from coming to blow regarding the matter.
