While once a cheery, optimistic, engineer, Philip is now a grizzled handyman and experienced hunter in his mid-forties who'd dedicated himself to defending Starke in his final years of hunting in order to repay an old debt and prevent the wayward from getting a foothold in Starke.

In these final years however, old foes come to reclaim debts. Philip buries most of them, but sometimes needs a little bit of help to give his foes one last good kick.
