| The newest addition to the Jacksonville Skyline, the Percy One tower is 38 stories tall, making it the second tallest building in the city behind [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_of_America_Tower_(Jacksonville)|Bank of America Tower]]. Combined with a series of cutting-edge 'solar micro-panels' lining the building's frame between the windows, and the result is a building the construction company claimed was the first of its kind: The first purely 'green' skyscraper with a projected net-zero carbon footprint.
