| The newest addition to the Jacksonville Skyline, the Percy One tower is 38 stories tall, making it the second tallest building in the city behind [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_of_America_Tower_(Jacksonville)|Bank of America Tower]]. | The building's architecture is complete with a gleaming, space-age glass designed to both trap air inside of it while reflecting excess infrared light away from the building, which the building's commissioners claim will result in a drastic decrease in energy costs to keep the building air-conditioned in the summer. Combined with a series of cutting-edge 'solar micro-panels' lining the building's frame between the windows, and the result is a building the construction company claimed was the first of its kind: The first purely 'green' skyscraper with a projected net-zero carbon footprint.
