This is an old revision of the document!

The newest addition to the Jacksonville Skyline, the Percy One tower is 38 stories tall, making it the second tallest building in the city behind Bank of America Tower. Completed in June of 2021, the building was immediately rented out upon completion of its construction by multiple companies either based out of Gainesville or with a physical presence in the city.

The building's architecture is complete with a gleaming, space-age glass designed to both trap air inside of it while reflecting excess infrared light away from the building, which the building's commissioners claim will result in a drastic decrease in energy costs to keep the building air-conditioned in the summer. Combined with a series of cutting-edge 'solar micro-panels' lining the building's frame between the windows, and the result is a building the construction company claimed was the first of its kind: The first purely 'green' skyscraper with a projected net-zero carbon footprint. The building is very pretty to look at in the day, reflecting light but somehow never quite getting in anybody's eyes in a way that's painful or blinding, and at night, the building glows with soft, neon advertisements.

Business Tenants

The Goldfinger Group: A nation-wide financial group born from Goldfinger Insurance, it now encompasses everything from insurance to investments to financial consulting services.

The Goldfinger Group provides insurance services to almost every major business in Gainesville (with Green Energy Solutions being one notable example), and has recently expanded its reach into Jacksonville. Popular LGBT nightclub Dante's Inferno is one of their clients. It's CEO is Jared Patterson. The group also lists one 'Ian Fleming' as one of its employees, in charge of its claims division. Nobody knows for sure if it's a joke or not.
