| After Joy entered his life, Michael noticeably mellowed out. He became more willing to help others with no obvious benefit to himself (to the point of taking pro bono cases for Christmas), and his concerns about the feasibility of Starke's vision remaining in place became more of a quiet fear than he preordained fate in his mind. While he was still a ruthless leader befitting of the title of 'Tyrant' and did not tolerate failure from his subordinates, he was fiercely protective of his Court, and quick to defend those under his charge so long as he could tell that they weren't the ones in the wrong. His style of leadership being identical to that of Antonin Demeskin was no accident; after all, it was Antonin himself, as part of a Major Boon, who taught Michael everything he knew about running a Court. | After Joy entered his life, Michael noticeably mellowed out. | Today, he has only changed in two noticeable ways: One, when he appears in the 'real' world, he acts as if he'd rather be anywhere but there, much preferring the world that Joy created, the world that has quite literally become his 'body.' And two, he's become a loving father to his and Joy's daughter, the first true Nephilim born since the war, Alice. | [WIP] |

| Shortly before his wedding to Joy Livingstone, the first leader of the Continuum Study Chantry, Michael abdicated the Infernal Throne and the title of Tyrant, having named Ada Hendricks, his then-Minister of Dragons, as his successor. Now, he's rare seen anymore; few know what he actually did, but it is known that he's never seen far from Joy, herself a rare sight, and that he lives with her in the world she created in the Umbra. Even fewer know that he quite literally //is// that world, and that he is now effectively a 'Location' Earthbound, with Joy having specifically created her Horizon Realm as being capable of serving as his Reliquary. | [WIP] |
