Character Name: Primus Vil Daro
Concept: Primus of the Church of Hast / Anti-Hast Revolutionary
Heritage: Jovian

Backstory: Born as part of Gustav Hast's first wave of illegal genetic engineering trials, Vil Daro was one of the lucky few to have survived those early days of the Jovian Compact. He spent his early years being poked and prodded, examined and further experimented on before he was found to have been 'worthy' by Gustav himself. From that point forward he was educated as one of Hast's first 'great leaps' in human evolution. Nearly all of the children he knew as a child were slaughtered. Found unworthy for some minor flaw and dragged kicking and screaming from the ivory tower to be murdered. Vil Daro knew what was going on. He understood from a young age that his creator was evil, a sociopath with no empathy or morality. One day his best friend, Gini, was dragged off for 'recycling' because Hast determined she was unworthy on a whim. Vil Daro would never forgive him. And so he secretly began working against Hast's interests. He played the part of good cultist but when no one was watching, he made sure that he did as much damage to the Compact's goals as possible. And he played that game straight to the top. He is a Primus now. An Elder. A leader of his people, and he's going to make Hast Pay for what he's done.

Personality:
Vil Daro is starting to get old, and he knows it. He plays that grey hair to his advantage. He is calm, reserved, and very capable of playing the part of dutiful cultist. But beneath the façade he is a man driven with the need to avenge those who like him where experimented on and abused. That ability to hide his true intentions has been what keeps him alive. And he has become quite the political powerhouse because of it.

Description: Vil Daro is gaunt and tall, with the piercing blue sclara of a Jovian. He has a gray tangle of hair and a grey beard. Being genetically engineered he is father spry for his age, despite the hard work of his youth.

Vil Daro has a burning hatred for Gustav Hast. He can barely keep it hidden most days, and tends to avoid being close to the man whenever possible. Whenever he is in the same room with Hast, Vil Daro must either spend a grit point, or roll 1d10. If you roll 5+ you may suppress your emotional baggage, if you fail, it becomes obvious to everyone that your character intensely dislikes Gustav Hast.
