Physical Description:
Nate has dark tan skin with black shaggy hair and green eyes pointing to his Middle Eastern heritage. He stands at about 6'2 with a long and lanky body type suited to cross country or other running sports. To other garou they see even more than that. They would see a garou who represents the ancestors of his tribe. With the form of a sleek egyptian jackal and the crinos form resembling anubis with amber eyes. And more than that somehow he carries an air about him that reminds them of spirits of death.

Personality:
Nate to those who don't know him well will often see him as distant and pondering. Like a stoic hero of old who takes the world on with a brave face. However, he is more of a scared nervous kid than anything else. The constant pressure and criticism he takes to be the best version of his tribe results in him being nervous and unsure. Not to mention the ghosts that often find his way to him at some of the most inopportune times.

Backstory:
Nate was always a quiet kid. Always aloof preferring talk with his “imaginary friends” to the company of others. Going through life he was often shunned by his peers and frankly he preferred it that way. Or at least thats what he'd like others to think. In reality he longed for connection that he never had with the living. But the voices in the graveyards would often comfort him. Later on in life during his sixteenth birthday his father a kind man decided to treat his son to a movie and dinner. Money was always tight but he always found time for his son. At the end of the night they're car broke down a short walk from home so they decided to tough it out and walk. On the way back to their house a homeless man sitting on the side of the road asked for money. The time between answering no and the man stabbing his dad was fast. Blood everywhere his dads screams then… he woke up on a rooftop covered in blood. The police found him before any garou could. They made him out to be insane and put him in the looney bin. The place was infested with the wyrm. Though he didn't know what a wyrm was yet he knew that he had to get out to escape these evil spirits. On the night of his escape stuff went sideways. The gaurds were immediately alerted but not to him. Rather to a pack sent to retrieve him from the asylum. His luck though fortuitous didn't seem like luck at the time. He was pretty much kidnapped from his prison to the sept. During this rough transition he found a lot out about himself and about his people. He was a strider which was quite apparent to many of the septs garou at the time of his arrival including a couple of striders which happened to be there at the time. They taught him much and he learned for about a year before being sent on his rite of passage. He was dropped in the Umbra and told to go from the Sept of the Mountain Watch to the sept of Sacred Smoke and deliver message of an impending spiral raid. He completed his rite of passage managing to warn the sept in time and allow for a proper defense to be mounted. The celebration of his completion was jubilant but short.Earning his deedname Flys-like-Death the elders saw it fit for him to carry another important message.So now he sets off to Starke.

Notes:
Looking to do a bunch with ghosts and death spirits. As a player I'm kinda newish. More new to the playing part than to the lore. Will say my character never actually new his mother just his father so maybe she pops up one day. Nate really needs to gain confidence and begin to fit the role set out for him without him being a nervous wreck. Ready to see where this goes.
