Additionally, Valeiro gets justification for Law 4 and a RPEL with SRI.
As per this offer labelled 'Recognition of Prior Experimental Learning' program.": SRI will pay for his Bar Exam and any other related fees or sponsorship as long as Valeiro commits to work this SRI as an employee, not a contractor, for at least a year, either part time or full time. He also commits not to go work for any other law firm for at least 3 years. In exchange, Valeiro has a job position with SRI guaranteed for at least one year.
Valeiro still has to officially accept this offer.

- Luna also gets for free the Natural Leader (2 pts) merit.
