Samuel was Born to a well breed Family his Aunt was the Queen  so he was already treated on a different level. He excelled in school and joined the Military as an Officer. He studied military history as well as world history. While he never went through the change he never felt that he missed out. He attended Law School to better solidify and help the Nation as a whole. After graduating he studied more abroad worked for a bit in the UN where he garnered his Diplomatic Immunity with the Nation to mediate for Silver Fangs world over. 
He was Mated to  a Silver Fang and  they had 8 Kids. She died in Combat against  the Wyrm after 18 years of Marriage the Kids have grown up and gone their ways with own kids. He was told to be at this Breeding Rite for a New Cliath named Ambra. He was already in his early 50s so was not expecting much but to slowly retire from that life and concentrate on Law for the Nation when he was chosen... It caused a stir amongst the others as he lowered his head in acknowledgement  hoping he could provide what was expected still from him. He knew the Litany and the Laws of the Nation as well as any Philodox but also the laws of the Land. he greeted her family  as he went with her from home to  the US. Tey had a short stay in one city but left as her and her new pack were disrespected the pack and therefore him  moved to Ne Orleans. His first agenda was to register to practise law in Louisiana and to obtain a Pack home or at least maybe 2 homes next to each other in which to porvide enough room for Pack and Kin both.
 Being twice her age brought about looks from others in town but it did no bother him as was hid duty and honor to be with her. The sovereign that was Las Vegas was short lived as she decided to move and was going to Florida. Simply nodded and went about setting things in motion she would get there before him as he had Legal things to maneuver also besides just themselves
