Description:
Luis wears a thin tank top and headband and on rare occasions, he carries his gun around. Stuffed into his shorts with the safety on. Like any proud gang member, he wears his colours with pride, mainly as a short sleeve hoodie that conceals his vest.\
Personality
Luis is outgoing and fun-loving. Taking up the motto of “Fun always comes first” during his fighting, but if his community is threatened he's not afraid to take up arms and blast away those that threaten it. Especially if they are Blood seekers of Cartel members.
To say he is willing to die for the community is an understatement.
