Character Description:Irene is quite the short woman, standing at 155cm tall, she is what most people would describe as "Kinda cute". Nice figure, rosy cheeks but no perfect supermodel. She has a short
curly blond hair and brown eyes. She is usually seen in her mechanic jumpsuit, which she patched with band logos or other designs, when working or in what people describe as "biker chick". Leather or jeans jackets
simple shirts, bandanas, jeans and boots. Despite her profession she is rarely seen dirty in grease, she care to how she presents herself and it must be as clean as possible.

Fae mein: A short creature with a wild white hair of neck length, having faint red streaks. On her mouth the sharp and pointy teeth show whenever she speaks. Skin pale as snow with reddish cheeks and nose, swilrs and similar patterns
can be found painted on her chheeks. Her nails are pointy and black, if its paint or their natural color it is unknow. When angered her mouth seems to fumminate with steam, reeking through he clenched teeth.

When it comes to fashion she mixes her mortal's look with the amazing Nocker fashion. Her leather jackets have complex golden designs on it, googles with reflective shades hang on her head or neck, high leather 
boots and dark colored skirt(or sometimes rough jeans with a tool belt). When found at fancy parties at all she will be wearing fancy suits, top hats and canes encrusted with beautiful gems. She doesn't have much love for tight
dresses or that furkin stuff. Her pointy ear have been pierce, often having about 3 earings.

Character Bio: Irene is a passionate mechanic with a deep love for automobile vehicles, particularly motorbikes. Spending hours fixing and customizing vehicles and then thinking of the
coolest paintjob that she can give it. The thrill of driving them is also held close in her heart, going as fast as she can when allowed and disputing races when she can get away with it
though slow drives and enjoying the view can be just as pleasurable to her.

Same can't be said about people or kithain, she has little patience for most and will go on long rants about her dislike of the other kiths or particular people, particularly authority figures(They had it coming, fucking cacks). 
Though paradoxically she is  prone to involving herself in casual relationships, to her its not so complicated though. She is attracted to people, but if she had to go through a serious relationship she'd just blow the fuck up.
When it comes to friendships she is slow to trust, and just as often she pushes people away with her ridiculous foul mouth. Those who put up with the explosive behavior, absurd rants and foul mouth find a loyal friend.

The Nocker has somewhat of an immature sense of humor, taking enjoyment of annoying snobs or people who look down on her when she get. Trading insults can sometimes be some sort of sport to her as well and even make her
come to respect the person in some weird way.
HISTORY
==============
Irene was born to Jennifer Ricci, the once Jenny Stardust a glam metal artist who was active during the 80s, and never met her father. Apparently not even her own mother knew who her father was. Being raised by one parent
is already difficult, and Irene was even more of a difficult child with an explosive behavior and often picking fights with other kids. Unsurprisingly the girl never had many friends, she was always more into spending her 
time in the scrapyard or mechanic near where she lived, always returning with some weird nonfunctional device that she swore was something else amazing. 

Into her teen years she began to slip into delinquent behavior, even joined a local gang, but at the same time it was when she began to look into the mechanics that always marveled her. Her imagination never died either
even when she was 17, she'd return play on the scrapyard by herslef when she could get away with it. She didn't care that others would laugh at her if they knew or that mother would call her childish, its what she wanted.
Her chrysalis came when she was 19, working in her garage late at night when some weirdo in a minicar crashed into a post nearby. He was desperately running away from some mean looking fellas with big mouths and jagged teeth.
In the heat of the moment, and pearhaps with the burst of glamour, she jumped in helping the dude fend off the attackers. The man she saved was a Nocker himself, noticing the rebellious teen was one of his own he decided to 
show her the ropes.

NOTES

Holding(1): Although not much, Irene has acquired a small freehold in the form of a garage that serves as a Workshop. Technically not hers, the previous owner is just away
and she is safe keeping. Plus side is that she gets to use it to craft her stuff, commoner craftsmen are welcome to visit but gotta put up with a Nocker's ill temper for a while. 
And if you trash the place she will present you to the pavement. Goblins can fuck off, shoot the buggers on sight. 1 per week

Treasure(4): Irene's magnum opus, she call is it MFing Doomrider and would call it the flying machine of awesome. But to be more accurate Doomrider takes the form of a motorcycle
with a steampunk design. It works on some Aether wacko theories she read before, generating electromanetic fuckery that allows the bike to fly off, and also fueled FUBARs and Steam.

Enchanted with Wayfare 4, requiring a Dexterity+Drive roll to activate the its effects. 

Resources(2):Irene's earnings as a mechanic, not a lot and she hardly lives in luxury, having a small apartment. She has saved up enough to own a pretty good chopper bike and then went on to customize it a bit.

It’s a forged item and thus resistant to Banality (difficulty is reduced by two on all rolls to resist Banality). \\
Nockers made goblin shoes from the skin of a white subterranean worm chimeria. These shoes can stretch over almost\\
any size foot, and rend the user’s footsteps almost completely inaudible. The difficulties of Stealth rolls may\\ involve sound while you’re moving are reduced by two.\\

difficulties to resist any type of mental domination are lowered
by two. Breaking the oath results in the loss of three Willpower
points. Extreme cases may result in the Dreaming striking the
character blind for a year and a day.
