{{:pc:demon:cerys:human:cerys_evans.jpg?300 |}} The local dog groomer Cery always watches people with cold bestial eyes that move between people close by while she sits in a corner and plans her next few moves. The amber globes jump from face to face, watching those nearby with great suspicion.

Cerys stands at 7ft 2. Towering over most people in her human form at the cost of clothes shopping being a nightmare, but lucky for him, she dresses simply. Mostly a dress shirt and tie on cooler days, and hers always wearing puffy jackets or warm clothing. A true Welshman through and through, it seems.

While Cerys may look to be in her thirties at least, but that age does not come with wisdom or patience. Like most Devourers, she lacks any tact or filter. What comes to her mind, she will say, and escalate aggressive situations with more aggressiveness. Though unlike most Rabisu he knows to wait for orders before tearing people apart. Often relying on the Tyrant Ada or Head of Ministry of Lions to point him towards her enemies.

Cerys is also a loyal dog of the courts. Often reporting to Ada the most minuscule detail of things that have occurred.

Cerys also naturally speaks with a very thick Northern Welsh accent, and occasionally slips into Welsh as he speaks or lets loose with her shouting or swearing at people. So normally most of the time.

She also wields her hammer in her human form, with her apocalypse form unable to grasp at anything. Often strapped to her back or in the boot of her car. The giant great hammer swings home against foes of the court and chunks of metal alike.

In her Apocalypse form, Cerys abandons her bipedal human skin suit for a more fitting hellhound themed one. Her human sneering goes as her teeth contort to vicious Cainines all around her mouth as blood slobbers from her jaw. While her amber eyes change to beady red rubies that harkens back to the days man sat around the fire in fear of what was beyond the campfire. Her body grows larger and darker as black long fur envelops him as an eerie fog engulfs her body, confusing most people who witness him in her true form. 

As he drops her hammer, her weapons change to the vicious claws of many beasts that slaughter and maim all enemies of the court, humanity and dogs. For what is a Rabisu if he does not have the weapons Father gave him?

As her torment takes hold of him she slowly begins to look less dog and more a Hound straight out of hell with chains around her wrists to hold him back and the fires of the dark world grasping onto her inner chest and being drooled out her gaping mouth.

The fog as well seems to react to her form. Growing denser around her body till only the flames and chains remain visible.

To call Cery's a giant or "Lone Wolf" would be an understatement. Though that only truly applies to dogs and wolves, in truth she's a dog lover and a dog lover-lover. He's always at least near a border collie dog or surrounded by them in his day job as a Dog groomer.\\

Though those that would do harm against either dog or dog lovers find the rage of the Devourers still lives on inside the Welsh woman.\\

Behind each swing hits home the internal rage of a Devourer and they certainly would feel its sting and impact left behind.

Now it lives it's happiest life with the Welsh Woman.\\
