Backstory:
On hands and knees behind the couch, Finley waited for the soft breathing to become rhythmic. When it did, continued to crawl beyond the couch's protection into the open. Speeding up, making it around the corner and out of sight. Jumping up, grabbing her jacket, opening the front door…
“Come child, come sit with me” the older woman called.

Taking the tissue from her brother as they watched the coffin of her Nana being lowered into the ground. “Charlie, why didn't I spend more time with her? She only wanted to spend time with me. I should not have been so selfish.” Finley said while spinning her Nana's ring on her finger.
