Physical Description:
In her mortal seeming, Clara stands at about 5'3, with long blonde hair that cascades across her shoulders and down her back. She has vivid blue eyes, mesmerising even, and has high cheekbones and smooth skin.

Silver-gold hair seems to glimmer with the light of distant stars, and her eyes become a blazing kaleidoscope of molten colours. A pair of dragonfly wings emerge from her back, glistening in a variety of hues. Naturally, Cliodhna has a great amount of Voile; dresses formed from the tear of a newborn baby, gowns and cloaks harnessed from moonbeams and jewellery fashioned from the most distant areas of the Dreaming. (Not mechanical, purely aesthetic)

Personality:
In terms of personality, Clara embodies the noble countenance of the Sidhe, and genuinely believes herself to be superior to most beings. Yet this does not dissuade her from communicating with humans and commoners alike, rather the opposite. She sees it as her duty to help the helpless, and so in both Fae and human society she is a philanthropist, making it her goal to aid the less fortunate with the wealth that she has to offer.

She is charming, intelligent, and ultimately, a woman who knows herself. Highly introspective, Clara has done a great deal to work on herself both emotionally and physically. Perhaps her biggest flaw is that Clara is incredibly manipulative, often using her unearthly beauty to help her get whatever it is that she wants in that moment. She also sees people as chess pieces on a board, and will not hesitate to manoeuvre them however she sees fit.

Backstory:
Originally born in Jacksonville, Florida some fifty years ago, Clara Montbarron was the only daughter of British socialites who had emigrated over to the States to expand their business empire. As could be expected, Clara was raised amongst a level of wealth that most could only to dream of attaining, and this shaped her personality. Even before she underwent the Chrysalid, Clara was vain, arrogant, and self-interested, aspects that were further strengthened upon coming to the realisation of who she truly was. Sidhe. A member of Fae nobility who underwent the Changeling Way in an act of self-preservation, once she awakened to who she truly was, and the differing layers of reality that was The Dreaming, she could truly begin to live her life.

Having always been beautiful, innumerable engagement requests came through for Clara's hand in marriage, but her parents always declined. “Our daughter is not only beautiful, but intelligent. We won't marry her off as some prized cow.” In turn that only served to encourage Clara's independence, and she eventually grew into an incredibly strong woman who wanted to make her own name in the world.

In the world of the Fae, Clara is Cliodhna, a noblewoman of House Danaan who spends her free time exploring the glimmering landscape that is the Dreaming, both Near and Far. Unlike other Fae, as a member of House Danaan, Cliodhna is immune to the effects of Bedlam, and has spent so much time in the Dreaming that she missed the most of her parents' lives, and was forced to live a life separate from them. They communicated only via letters, and when they eventually passed, they left for her the entirety of their estate, making her a very wealthy woman.

During one of her trips across the Dreaming, Cliodhna met a fae noble named Niall. He fell madly in love with Cliodhna, and when he discovered that the adoration was not reciprocated, he placed a geas upon her. “Speak not word that is not true.” That geas has remained in Cliodhna's soul ever since, and though she is clever with her words, cannot outright tell a lie.

Most recently Cliodhna has returned to the Kingdom of White Sands from her travels in the Dreaming, where she discovered that she was the owner of a Freehold. Left to her by herself in a previous life, the Freehold had lain dormant until it was reclaimed by Cliodhna, and it is there that she makes her dwelling. Just on the outskirts of Jacksonville, the Freehold is a beautiful estate in the Near Dreaming, on the outside a simple manor house, but through a tree in the back garden is the trod that leads to the Freehold. Finally, Cliodhna has a home for herself, and is looking for both adventure, and ingratiating herself further into Fae society.
