Backstory:
On hands and knees behind the couch, Finley waited for the soft breathing to become rhythmic. When it did, continued to crawl beyond the couch's protection into the open. Speeding up, making it around the corner and out of sight. Jumping up, grabbing her jacket, opening the front door…
