A recently renovated colonialstyle manor located on the shore of Kingsly lake in Starke. The house is on private land owned by [[setting:lady_ager|Lady Ager]]'s publishing house Black Veil Media Company.\\

Humans tend to avoid this place. Not because of the wards or the no trespassing sign, but because of the many ghost stories that circulate around it. Legend follows that it was previously the site of a Caloosa graveyard that was destroyed to make way for the manor. The Caloosa people were angered by this and put a curse on the house. The house owner simply laughed at this and continued to live his life. A few weeks later, the house owner was found dead in his study. His blood drained from his body, and his eyes were missing from their sockets.
