A beautiful woman who's never far away from the office, based on her attire. She's always working, but manages to maintain her appearance through makeup and the occasional surgery. Since her first change she's began to focus more on makeup, allowing her a creative outlet for rage.\\

She'll also dress in punk and emo fashion when alone or with other Garou to remember the good times she had before the Garou found her.\\

She is most known for her game company Rose Interactive and the many philanthropist charities she donates to and helps with. She cultivates this image in order to keep herself in the public spotlight, just in case.\\

Jessica is also the current Alpha of the [[pc:invisible_hand|Hand of Starke]] pack.\\

===== Personality =====

Kind, caring and outgoing on the surface. She uses her smiles and optimism to make people let their guard down before she strikes the killing blow. Many have walked out of deals where they thought they had the upper hand with a similar though: "What just happened?" when they realize just how bad a deal they got. Around werewolves, she lets the mask slip, showing a more callous and "Bitchy" persona.
