===== Backstory =====

**Physical Description:**\\
Chikao is of average height and weight - 170 cm ans 64 kg. He has brown eyes that hide behind his glasses, thin eyebrows and thin lips on his face. His rather short hair lays down from the top of his hat in a pretty hairstyle. He usually wears mainly black sportswear, mall clothes or "punk" clothes.

**Personality:**\\
He is calm and calculating. He doesn't talk much himself and prefers to listen instead. He is rather lively in a good company, but he almost never sees one thanks to him keeping to himself and people forgetting him. Most of the time is polite and pleasant to talk with when he speaks. Under his assumed identity he still misses his old sect and retains many of his old beliefs, but he is somehow loyal to Camarilla.

**Backstory:**\\
 Chikao Hayashi was born in 1906 in NYC, NY. His father was Japanese, and his mother was American. His father moved to the States with his fiancé seeking a better life. He moved to America as a student of a rich family that practiced martial arts. He had success, and quickly married, soon having a child. That child was Elijah, who was taught about his distant motherland, his culture, and his family martial art - Tessenjutsu, the art of fighting with a war fan. 
 
When he grew up he used his parent's money to open a dojo that had a success for people who were interested in martial arts and foreign culture.
 He was embraced by a Sabbat Brujah, that saw a fighting spirit, a philosopher, and a potential believer in him. Something went wrong during his embrace, and he turned out to be a caitiff. He had a pathetic existence for the years to come, but everything changed with the third civil war. 
 
Being a pander now he was recognized, and with that recognition, he managed to become a pack priest in a newly formed all-pander pack, although he knew not many of them. One of his packmates was a mage, and he helped him and received the performance of some rituals as a reward. But one of the rituals failed tremendously, killing the mage and terribly injuring him. He recovered, but when he tried to contact one of his pack he wasn't recognized. After several failed attempts he eventually realized the cause of such oddity and locked down in his lab trying to fix it. He stopped only when the city's Sabbat was shaken by Camarilla's attack, which eliminated his pack. 
 
Despite him being devastated by the loss of his pack and Camarilla's actions, after some time spent as an Autarky who is unable to return to Sabbat, he hesitantly contacted Camarilla in another city. He managed to pass for a Brujah Autarky, that decided to join the Tower. He was accepted, although with some caveats, and managed to come to more or less accept the organization's principles.
