+Cyclic magic (3pt) - the moon cycle where new moon is lowest, full moon is best, half moon is middle, during the day, prior to noon, it’s based on last nights moon, after noon, that nights cycle.  And when the moon changes, so does the silver in her hair, so the higher the power the more silver it is.  With full moon her hair being completely silver and eyes silver while new moon there almost none besides the tips.  Lunar and solar eclipse => During eclipses, she can't use magic at all.
