Vitae and Willpower
Feeding within the Jacksonville Praxis
Vampires require blood to survive and it is our nature to hunt. We have chosen to be seen as powerful supernatural's, at times feared, verses blood-thirsty monsters who cannot control themselves. A few hunting techniques have been banned.
Within the Jacksonville area the Kindred have a general truce between the different factions of the area. Due to the beliefs of those factions, the Kindred will compromise in not intentionally cause suffering in the Kine.
* Killing a human while feeding is FORBIDDEN.
* Social feeding is encouraged.
* Do not drink more than 2 sips from the same human in one week. Outbreak of anemia is not tolerated.
* Feeding from our supernatural allies is FORBIDDEN.
* If you foresee any issues feeding, contact the Prince's office.
If an unintentional mishap occurs, immediately contact the Prince's office or Sheriff Ulrud.
Contact the Prince's office if you are struggling to feed yourself.

Using Vitae or Blood Pool
Nightly Rise and Participation
“Vampires must subtract one blood point from their blood pool every night (or day) they rise. The unnatural magics animating their dead bodies consume the vitae they have taken from their prey. Blood points may also be spent in a variety of ways, and may be replenished only by consuming blood.” (VtM CRB v20 pg. 268)
Every time a Vampire character begins to participate in any scene (run by ST, RP, text, email, phone, etc.). Example; Monday George (PC) sent an IC text to leader. (-1 BP) Tuesday George (PC) entered a scene run by an ST and spoke with their Primogen. (-1 BP) Wednesday George (PC) didn't participate IC (no expenditure of BP) Thursday George (PC) participated in the scene that began on Tuesday (no expenditure of BP) Friday George (PC) participated in the scene that began on Tuesday and started a social RP with another player. (-1 BP) Saturday George (PC) participated in the scene that began on Tuesday and started a social RP with another player. (no expenditure of BP) Sunday George (PC) used 3 BP in combat from the scene started last Tuesday. (-3 BP)
