 Michael Radcliffe, or rather the demon that possesses him, is one of the founding members of the Starke Council and the now-former Tyrant and founder of the Jacksonville Infernal Court, the only Infernal Court in the world that openly works with other supernaturals, most notably the Continuum Study Chantry, the Amenti-run Ashukhi Corporation, the Sept of Strange Waters, and the Sept of the Lonely Oak and the Jacksonville Camarilla, with whom it shares it the city.
-Shortly before his wedding to Joy Livingstone, the first leader of the Continuum Study Chantry, Michael abdicated the Infernal Throne and the title of Tyrant, having named Ada Hendricks, his then-Minister of Dragons, as his successor. Now, he's rare seen anymore; few know what he actually did, but it is known that he's never seen far from Joy, herself a rare sight, and that he lives with her in the world she created in the Umbra. Even fewer know that he quite literally //is// that world, and that he is now effectively a 'Location' Earthbound, with Joy having specifically created her Horizon Realm as being capable of serving as his Reliquary.
