The large amount of files they find would count as Database 3, as it contains a great amount of information on the movements of several people within Starke, Jacksonville and Gainesville, (without the information they took out) and is being offered to the council to do so as they see fit... either use, or destroy due to the sensitive... and strife-inducing... implications.
This information can also count as Justification to possibly remove the Amnesia Flaws for Any on the server (including Joy and Vivian), but this is only opening the possibility of a scene to do so.
