Description:
Tommen Harrow is a mixed race teenager, he is both Chinese and Caucasian. Tommen's has brown hair and black eyes. He is slender. He always wears casual clothing, but he will wear traditional Chinese attire for formal settings. As a person, he is an all curious and spoiled brat, but he is a mommy's boy at heart. He rarely goes against anything his parents says, and follows order directed to him. He is always looks quite disheveled.
He is deeded Friend-of-Dreams, and later got his second deed name from his Fostern Challenge, Bright-eyes.
As a garou though he is lacking in term of rage... at least, less than any other garou.
He is born under Crescent Moon (Theurge) and of Fianna Tribe.
