The 'This and That' store building is a 12-stories Chicago-school architectural landmark, it is in the old downtown centre close to the waterfront. A towering behemoth next to its surrounding, you just can't miss it. The store is obviously aptly named, and contains a seemingly unconnected assortment of departments, from second-hand cloths to a delicacy to an antiques department. The shop is also a pawn shop, a second-hand reseller and has a well established art gallery. If one can sell it, and it's not real-estate, one can find a department for it in This and That.
