Abstract
The Technocrats are setting up a training and testing center in Gainesville. For the next few days the site will have a skeleton crew as they move into the building. The training center will have multiple tomes and perhaps even a Grimorie.
The plan is get in, drop some Technocrat goons and entry level fodder, get the loot and get out.

The Hook: A wounded Mage stumbles into a veil safe area, talking about the beating he just took from a group of technocrats. He was walking near the Coswald Specialist Learning Center just outside of Gainesville. Four mages jumped him but only one was a serious threat. The other three seemed to be pretty green. They must be hiding something there...
Using the internet, or on site surveillance will show what's going on, and provide an opportunity. As they set up the technocrat testing and training center, they will have to bring valuable things into it. And there appears to only be a few serious contenders there, enough for a few supernaturals to break in and loot the place before the real muscle arrives.

Synopsis:
The newly renamed Coswald Specialist learning center is nearing its grand opening. The building is comprised of two floors, a large front lobby, and two hallways leading to classrooms and testing centers.
Stairwells to the upper floor are at the end of either hallway. The valuables will be stored on the second floor in a storage locker. The best bet is to come in the night before grand opening, kick in the front door, get the loot, and get out. Since the Technocrats are involved its unlikely that the police will respond at all, but you're betting its no more than 15 minutes between kicking the door, and backup arriving.
