Synopsis:
The Kingdom of Black Sands is at the center of the Dja'ahk, the soulstorm. This ruined desert kingdom is home to spirits, both evil and benign. This journey is several scenes, but it does not sync up with real time in the mortal world. As such it's disconnected, and the PCs will awaken after the scenes only hours after they left for Al Khem.
Part 1: The Journey

Getting into the Underworld isn't terribly hard for the Amenti. Meditation and Hekau can get them there, but once in the underworld and separated from their Khat, they are at risk. As such it's advised they make the journey from Altair's basement or some other safe location.

Once the group is in the underworld beneath Starke, they need Shadow Portal or correspondence to travel to the underworld beneath the Sahara where Al Khem use to stand. A minimum of 2 successes are needed due to the metaphysical importance of the location.

Part 2: Al Khem, the kingdom of black sands.

The party arrives at the Kingdom of Black Sands and immediately they realize why the place is dangerous. Stormshield or some other method to fend off the soulstorm is needed, or PCs start taking Agg Damage. The kingdom is littered with spirits trying to eek out an unlife in the storm. And Correspondence or Stormwalk is needed to find the Temple of Set hidden in the city of Al Khem.

The group is attacked several times along the way by spirits as they travel to the hidden Temple of Set. Once inside they must fight a powerful spirit. A former priest of Set, to claim the Relics that are hidden there.

Part 3: The Eye of the storm

The party arrives at the center of Al Khem, and discovers that they are at the center of the Dja'ahk. The eye of the soulstorm moves randomly over time, but this area appears to be at the center currently. As such the temple of Set is protected from the soulstorm. Within the temple they find a foul presence, a powerful wraith of a long dead priest of Set.

Khen the desert sand.

Khen guards the relics he has gathered fiercely. He is evil and vengeful, and hates the Amenti.
