Randall Hoskins inherited his parents estate, and converted it into his home and business. The home itself was newly rebuilt after Irma, and is reinforced. The Barn has been converted into his forgeworks and he operates his business out of it as 'Black Scale Forgeworks llc'.
Barn
The barn itself was an all purpose structure, not boxed out for horses or cattle. He has since converted it into a full function forge complete with grinding machines, a power hammer, and both a propane and coal fire forge. He also has a smelter on site capable of making steel.
