NOTES:
Equipment:
1. l33t haxx0r Desktop Computer Station - equipped with homebrew encryption software.
Properties:
1. Luxury condominium in downtown Starke - located on a busy street, regularly patrolled by Starke Police
Merits:
- Acute Sense: Perception rolls have -2 difficulty.
- Computer Aptitude: All tasks involving involving the use of a computer (hacking, internet research, etc.) have -2 difficulty.
- Optimistic: Regains two points of willpower daily instead of one.
Flaws:
- Curiosity: You simple cannot resist a good mystery. When faced with an enticing clue or something that could lead to a bigger plot point (at ST discretion), roll Wits, difficulty at ST discretion. If the roll is failed, character simply cannot resist wanting to follow that trail of clues wherever it leads. Makes for a good plot hook!
- Obsession: When confronted with the object of his obsession (creating the perfect Artifact) or the means to pursue it, must roll Willpower to resist the urge to immediately stop what he's doing, disregard everything else that is going on, and choose instead to focus on his obsession.
- Driving Goal: Everything this character does is motivated by one particular purpose or goal. Must roll Willpower to do anything (within reason) that does not, in some way, have to do with pursuing this goal.
Backgrounds:
- Resources 3: Philip is a professional hacker, albeit one with a criminal record. He doesn't make his money legally, but he does make enough of it to live comfortably. The trick is living comfortably while avoiding scrutiny from the IRS.
- Eminence 2: Amitiel was by no means the most famous or most powerful demon to fight in the War of Wrath, but he had enough commendations and victories under his belt to warrant praise from his superiors. A few more, and he could have been a candidate for promotion.
- Legacy 1: Philip remembers very little about the war, and must strain his memory to recall even the most important details.
BIO:
I never visited a fancy college nor did I ever excersice an upright job. I did more. I created a paradise which you failed to appreciate.
HISTORY:
Amitiel resembles the stereotype, desperately trying to understand and to love the humans, in vain. Why concern with these beings when you have the Elements which are so much more predictable and less complicated? Even though Amitiel was like most of the others of House Annunaki, that one thing that made him stand out were his crafting skills, sure, every Malefactor has a hand for working the Elements, but Amitiel surpassed the measure of skill most of the others had, that earned him envy, but more importantly, glory. He was just obsessed with shaping the world, shaping a gift for humanity, until the revolt began. Amitiel didn't quite understand, he got caught in the middle of all this and refused to pick a side at first, until he witnessed with his own eyes, how the humans were unthankful for everything they were given.
Years of seemingly endless torture followed, until the fall came. When Amitiel finally got released from his prison he swore to himself that he will shape something greater than anything God, the fallen, the humans, or anyone else have ever seen. He possessed Philip Kingston, a hacker, he was weak-willed and just spent his time hacking websites and blackmailing their owners.
