The Kingdom of White Sands
The Kingdom of White Sands consists solely of the state
of Florida. Queen Morganna of House Gwydion rules her small
realm from Caer Flamingo, in Florida’s southern tip, near Miami.
She faces a constant struggle with raiders from the Fiefs of Bright
Paradise as well as the Nunnehi who claim the Everglades as
their land (or what’s left of it).

Seat: Caer Flamingo, the flamboyant residence of Queen Morganna, features pale coral adobe walls, an inner courtyard and pool, lush gardens, and some resident flamingos from which the freehold takes its name.
Duchy of Sun and Sand
(South)
Southern Florida, including the Miami metropolitan area,
has one of the most diverse changeling populations in the
kingdom. A considerable number of commoners, displaced
from other parts of Concordia (and, indeed, other parts of the
world) migrate here, drawn by the area’s reputation for a carefree,
relaxed atmosphere and the warm climate.

Seat: Caer Biscayne, a Spanish-style mansion in Coconut Grove.
Duchy of Sea Breezes
(North-West)
Centered around the state capital, Tallahassee, the Duchy
of Sea Breezes combines populist leanings with gracious living,
and attracts many commoners to its mild climate, college town
sensibilities, and rich culture.

Seat: Palmetto Grove, near the campus of Florida State University.
Duchy of the First Coast
(North-East)
The Duchy of the First Coast takes its name from the
nickname for Jacksonville, northern Florida’s largest city.
The municipality of Jacksonville lies just across the state line
from Georgia.

Freehold of Seven Bridges
Nested inside Jacksonville's Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve, the Freehold's mortal mien is St John's Bar Pilot Association, a Mariner club whose members are almost exclusively the Duke's Enchanted.
County of Strake
By all accounts, Starke should be the seat of a Baron, or even a Count, but non has been appointed yet. The Changeling community of Starke has a more anarchistic bent, and while they are under the protection of the Duke Tremore, non of them has taken the knee.
Duchy of the Sulphur Springs
(Tampa Bay)
A newly established Duchy, the Duchy is a gift by the Queen Morganna to Sir Edmund Lore who saved her life during a violent pirate raid. Edmund is the first ever Troll to become a Duke, drawing much attention from the High-Court's politics.

Feudal Florida
