Astara gets justification to have Mentor 4 (Gregory Handel) with 50% XP discount (the price to be paid is (4 + 3 + 6 + 9) / 2 = 11 XP) and will provide 40% time reduction on Sphere purchases (no XP reduction) and possible skills to be discussed case by case with the ST (no cooldown time).

Arete 5 is hereby granted (already paid in full). Please pick a 3rd Mastery sphere.
Dante gets justification for Charisma 4 (50% XP discount, if the specialty 'inspuirational' is taken, if another specialty is chosen, the XP discount is reduced to 25% - discount to be counted towards monthly cap).
Dante gets justification for Empathy 4 (50% XP discount if the specialty is 'sensing emotions', otherwise the XP discount is reduced to 25% - discount to be counted towards monthly cap).
A while gold pendant with the inscription "the best mirror is an old friend", it's not magickal but is imbued with a strong magical resonnance and it has an affinity for magic (enchanting this item can be done with -2 diff, it also has the potential to be a good unique instrument if Dante wishes to use it as such).
