The first thing that stands out about Wayland is his size. He stands near seven feet and has a chiseled musculature. There is something noble and fierce about his appearance, an impressive and surreal beauty. He tends to dress simply; jeans, t-shirt and boots, when not in his work clothes.
Lord Völundr, Baron of Starke
In his fae mien, Völundr is a Ljósálfar warrior of legend. Over seven feet tall and impressively muscular. His blonde locks flow free in the wind. His face is surpassingly beautiful. His tabard billows out over shimmering mail, with an intricately runed broadsword at his hip and magnificent shield upon his back. The Sidhe's skin is curious, he appears to be carved of solid marble.

Runic Imprint: Völundr is under a magical effect that greatly enhances his prowess and stature to levels near his mythic origins.
Starke Barony Freehold
Down, down, down the storm cellar behind Völundr's Workshop descends a ladder. The entrance generally watched over by the Redcap Kinain, Roland, Völundr's apprentice. Eventually it opens into a cave out of which can be seen an enchanted glade. A lake runs through it, fed by a waterfall that falls from the heavens above. Sprites and will o' wisps dance over the water. If one follows the path by the lake they come upon a Fae cottage, with smithy attached. This is the seat of the freehold, where Völundr and Hervör rest within, welcoming guests.
