Francisco never met his parents, his mother died in an accident not long after he was born and his father was always away. Instead he was raised by members of his
extended family, the patriarch was a fisherman and the family was a bit odd but they did their best to raise a rather moody kid. The couple had their own kids as well,
they were raised as siblings.
 
A trouble maker from his early days at school, he rarely got along with other kids and was prone to start fight and this would carry out until highschool where his 
behavior would devolve into delinquent behavior. Most of his teen years were spent hanging around the "wrong crowd", and picking fights all while attempting to
"rebel against the system". He was never mean in this however, he'd never pick on the weak and fragile only those who angered him or had an ass beating coming,
at times he'd even stand up. Of course nothing ever made much change, but it was an outlet for his anger. 

Then came his first change, when coming back home drunk after a really bad day at school a group of guys, around his age, were assaulting a homeless person. They were
ready to burn the person while unconcious, the disregard for human life and that strange putrid smell of corruption enraged him and then it was all red. When he came
back to himself he was laying inside a dumpster with ripped clothes and covered in blood, luckily for him with the noise he had caused during his first change the local
Bone Gnawers had reached him within days. He was introduced to the tribe and soon learned why his father was so absent. He felt like he could make a change with these
new strength and powers.
