Sometimes he will bend some rules and break a couple to accomplish his goals. **Backstory:**\\ Vincent O'Neil grew up in Miami. He was raised in an Irish family of Law Enforcement Officers primarily police with a few members that choose to become law enforcement officers for different agencies. He did well in the Academy and succeeded as a regular policeman. He saw some openings for detectives in Jacksonville area he became a homicide detective who sometimes works with the major crimes unit. He has resided there for the last three years. He has a hobby of making miniatures and doll houses as a hobby and a side hustle. Vincent had his Imbuing happen when he was investigating a crime scene alone. He heard a disturbance and went to investigate. He saw a couple adults attacking what appeared to be a child. He went to stop the individuals when he heard a voice in his head say "Stop look they are real." He then noticed both the adults and child were dead. He noticed the child like being was transforming its body into a creature with multiple limbs. He acted pulling out his side piece and unloaded it into the creatures head while the other creatures attacked it. It appeared to be dead. He reloaded the gun took his smartphone out took a couple pictures of the remaining three adults. He then told them to leave Jacksonville for good now or he would find and kill them. One laughed at this Vince blew his head off. The others fled. The originators of clan O'Neil designed the family to be large and insular to keep the family in power and control in the different areas the members reside in. There is a definite hierarchy of the family starting with Ireland. The branch of the family Vincent is part of is strictly invovled with law enforcement and military. Primarily the branch of the family he is a part of is invovled with local police forces.He was born and bred to be a cop like his father.
