His hair is dark blond and carefully styled. He is fairly casual but for a debate or formal event, dresses sharply in suits. In lupus, he has a light mousy coat (as he has no pure-breed). **Personality:**\\ River is fairly easy-going and eager to listen to different points of view and perspectives, listening carefully before putting in his own thoughts. Fairness is important to him and his family tease him for his (sometimes) straight-laced ways. However he's a passionate speaker and has no problem when **Backstory:**\\ Raised in the Sept of the Hand of Gaia, River grew up near New York with his family of Children of Gaia kinfolk. His dad, a hippie and old activist, his mom an artist. His childhood was fairly free-range and he could act however he wanted (within good reason). Early on, he was mediated with his (many) siblings and took an interest in listening to others, signing up to school independently, then joining the AP debate team.For River, activism was important, and after leading a couple of protests (including a mass walkout over pizza being dropped from the menu or environmentalist marches), he decided to get into politics and studied Political Science at his college. His family were supportive, despite teasing him for being rather straight-laced. He also attended several marches, worker rights, environmental causes and anti-corporate protests. His first change happened when some Pentex Thugs tried to drag him into a van, where River quickly frenzied, tearing them into shreds (thankfully, where it could not be seen). He was quickly picked up by the Sept and after his cubhood, completed his Rite of Passage. In curiosity about the unique Council, River decided to move to Starke.
