He has long blonde hair and a goatee, with hazel eyes. There always seems to be a chill that follows him and there's something beneath his friendly demeanor that's unsettling. (Eerie presence+cold breeze.) **Personality:**\\ Daniel is a kind and polite man, though he is a businessman at heart. Theres almost always a deal to be made with him, be it for information or a rumor or be it for a physical item, there's always something to be made from it. **Backstory:**\\ Mortal Life: He was born in Pittsburg, Philadelphia on December 15th, 1970 to Alex and Amanda Milliner. From an early age, he always had an interest in death and decay and how things are created from decay. It's weird to some, but a good trait for his family. Graduating high school in 1988 he attended college for a master's in finance. While also working for his dad's Accounting Firm as an intern and apprentice. While working for his dad, he also continued learning about necromancy, or as much as mortals should know. In 1993 he would graduate with his master's degree and leave his dad's business to start his own Accounting Firm. Quickly finding success. It wouldn't take long for a distant cousin of his, Carl Milliner to take notice of Daniel’s quick success, and his interest and learning about Necromancy and word would pass among the other side of the family putting Daniel down as a contestant for the Proxy kiss. Ghoul Life+Embrace: Ghouled in 1996 by a Giovanni Vampire, Howard Milliner. Would serve as Howard's financial advisor more as a test for his skills. Proving himself to be skilled in finance and even unafraid to bend the rules a little on top of his interest and some knowledge in necromancy, he would be soon to receive the proxy kiss In 1997, Daniel would be embraced. Dying in the celebration of the last night due to partying too hard and having to be embraced there and then. His Sire was Amanda Milliner, a distant family member of Daniel's at the time he barely knew. Post Embrace: Following his Embrace, Daniel quickly began studying Necromancy for real, picking up the Path, Grave's Decay while being uncommon made sense with Daniel's previous interest and learning. While Amanda was a strict sire, Daniel never minded. He was happy to learn more and be embraced Amanda would continue Daniel's financial education and teach him about business and related knowledge. He would remain under Amanda as a Childe until 2010. During these years he would learn many things about Necromancy, Finance, Business, the Kindred, and more all the while being regularly tested by Amanda until she finally felt he was capable of handling himself. He would only receive his freedom however after starting a new business. This is when he founded Black Pine Investments, a small Investment Firm in Pittsburgh. As well as ghouling his first ghoul, Tracy McMiller. He selected Tracy for his experience running an investment firm in the past and with his supernatural condition Daniel knew he couldn't be the public face of the company. Tracy, his new ghoul, would act as the manager of his company. While Daniel would pull the strings Tracy would keep things running smoothly and handle everything he could, including hiring employees and some business decisions. Over the years, Daniel would see success. Still being watched by Amanda who checks in with Daniel and makes sure he is doing okay on his own. Eventually, Daniel would choose to move. He heard about Jacksonville, and its council, and needed a new place to settle to not draw attention to himself with his age so he decided to plan to move.
